Childhood experiences impact how we see the world, and how we act.
Healing the parts of us who hold onto the messages that keep us stuck is the start of the journey.
But this is not where the work ends- After having insights, we need to take responsibility for our role in our life.
We need to notice what we do have control of, and what we don’t. In letting go of what weighs us down, we get to move towards a life that is aligned with our values, dreams, and ambitions.
A life that is rooted in groundedness.
